Since his first project his rehab and construction business has come under the STL Renovation company name, and his company is available to handle all renovations and remodeling for clients.
With his background in income-producing rental properties, Peter’s renovation practices revolve around providing the best value for clients, either through adding rent-increasing value to the property or reducing construction and material costs. Everything that his team does to a property is done on the basis of its dollar-value return on investment for clients.
With his extensive background working in St. Louis, Peter is also very familiar with the many local codes revolving around historic renovations in the city.
